This is a great place. I love Noe Valley to start with, and this place made me fall in love with it. I stayed here for about 6 weeks (Rick was really flexible with helping me with my timing) while I was relocating and looking for a place. I ended up renting in Noe full-time! I highly recommend! I’ve stayed at this unit and it is nicely furnished, clean and quiet. There is a small patio in the back, great for BBQ or hanging out with friends. The neighborhood is walking distance to both Noe valley and the mission, two great areas to get dinner, socialize or hang out. This is a great place in a great location. It is also easy to get to BART or Muni.
I had my boss stay here for a week – easy Bart ride to downtown and access to Soma. I knew he would like the funkiness of the area – he asked for something with more of an SF feel. The place had all the amenities he needed with a modern look to it. Wish they had a regular cleaning service for longer stays, but a quick call took care of that and they responded fast. Will definitely use again..
Ever wish you could uproot a design store showroom and drop it into your home? Well this is exactly how this place felt. Not like a rental at all!
I rented this fab unit for my family who was visiting me from out of town. My main search criteria: Clean, comfortable, parking, safe neighborhood, decent eateries within walking distance.
Extra goodies with this place are that there is laundry in the garage and a nice deck with a very nice BBQ for outdoor lounging. The natural light is excellent in the unit and the furnishings are all very high end. Nice comfortable leather sofa, very nice flat panel TV, and a gourmet kitchen! Also, it is located in a very trendy neighborhood with a huge variety of eateries, bars and local shops. Has an outdoor deck with a very nice BBQ. Excellent proximity to all kinds of public transportation, freeways, and easy to catch cabs as well.
I highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a place to stay in San Francisco. You will not be disappointed!
My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed living here for a summer, due to a temporary job transfer. We loved the neighborhood and the apartment. The space felt relaxing, was well-decorated, had nice neighbors, and was spacious with great amenities (including a wonderful table and great kitchen, both wonderful for hosting). Noe Valley was a very convenient location and we greatly enjoyed the access to delicious restaurants, Whole Foods, and public transporation. Rick was great to work with, as well.
We recently stayed for four months while our flat was being remodeled in San Francisco. It is a great place, clean and comfortable. The neighborhood could not be better, it was a treat to be so close to 24th street shops as well as all the great eateries in the Misson neighborhood. Rick was great to work with, flexible with us as we had to continue to change our final dates. We looked at many places, and were so happy with this selection. Thanks Rick!
We needed a rental for 8 weeks while my son was working on a project in San Francisco. The condo was located in a the neighborhood we desired within a pleasant strolling distance to 24th Street , wonderful restaurants, and transportation. There’s a great little corner grocery across the street and Whole Foods was nearby. The unit itself was outstanding. Nicely decorated it was very comfortable, clean, and the kitchen’s Bosh appliances were a pleasure to work with! Having the garage available was priceless. Rick was so very helpful and responded quickly to any questions we had regarding our stay in SF. We couldn’t have had a better experience!
